Natural Colon Cleansing - 4th Day
Well, I can say the results have kept up well.
Here is what I have done since starting this blog…
- Gave up soda. I have done well on this so far. I do get caffeine withdrawals at times so I have started to take a caffeine pill each day in the morning to prevent this.
- Playing Wii Sports with my son. This is still great exercise to SOME extent if you are playing the right games at the right levels. Always gives me a reason to play games…
- Playing tennis. I have played a few good matches and still get some muscle aches from this, but I know this is because I am so “rusty” at it.
- Walking. I have been maintaining my walk every lunch and bought some new walking shoes for this as well.
- Stretching. I have made sure to stretch every morning when I get up, but I have also now started to do this after I walk and before I go to bed.
Of course, I am still on the Intracleanse system as well for the colon cleansing. I must say, I do feel better today then I did any day last month. It is most likely a result of everything I am doing, but I must say I have felt good about having a regular bowel movement and seeing what I think are the toxins and sludge that were left in my body for so long.
I stepped on the scale today and I have lost 11 lbs since I started this blog. WOW. I feel I have a long road ahead of me since I know most people starting diets and routines lose a good amount of weight upfront and then it slows down as weeks go by.
My pants and cloths even fit a tad bit better around my waist as well.
One thing I have noticed since yesterday is that I have had to go to the toilet a lot more while on this Intracleanse system. The frequency and amount per sitting has been a lot and I have to think the bulk of weight I have lost is due to this. Once I am “detoxed” and I am just doing my regular walking and exercise, I wonder how much weight I will lose.
So far, this has been a good experiment for me and one that has paid off for sure in my mind.
Results: Still keeping up with my routines and have lost 11 lbs since starting this blog. Also been taking some caffeine pills to counter the headaches I was getting from not drinking soda.
