Colon Hydrotherapy - 5th Day

Has anyone tried colon hydrotherapy? I would like to know your results with it. I was talking to a friend of mine about my live study and they had told me their wife had colon hydrotherapy and raves about how she feels afterward.  I’m not sure I would ever do this, but it did get me thinking this would be a good way to get a “final clean” after I am done with the Intracleanse system.

Still going strong on all my routines. I was a bit sore this morning so I didn’t do any stretching  before going to work. I had a long game of tennis last night which seemed to go on forever.

I decided to start using flavored water since I really do not like drinking regular water everyday. I bought some water that had fruit flavors in it, but made sure it did not contain more sugar or ingredients then just the flavoring.

Tonight was my wifes birthday too, so I am going to take her out for dinner and a good time. I need to keep in the back of my mind that I am on a diet and need to watch what I eat. I don’t want to get stuck eating salad, but I also do not want to be fat my whole life.

I am going to soak for a long time in the bath tonight with some Epsom salts. Times like these I wish I had a hot tub or sauna of my own.

Let me know if you know anyone that has had colon hydrotherapy or a similar procedure.

Thanks.

I have done colon hydrotherapy and it was a life saver for me. I was having bouts of (yuck and ouch) constipation followed by (yuck and ouch again) diareah and was in a very vicious cycle of the two. Life was not fun! Turns out I had a blockage of…well, you know…built up in my colon. The first time I went I freaked out a little because it was hurting my side and just felt “wierd”. Then I went back three more times. The second time I went I was a little more relaxed and as the water was going in the therapist was massaging my abdomen and it was hurting, then big chunks of stuff that didn’t look…normal…were coming out and lo and behold, my side wasn’t hurting any more. Vicious cycle taken care of. I still went back two more times just to be sure all of the yucky stuff was gone. Trip 3 produced a tape worm about 12 inches long. Then I got sick, like nauseated, yuck feeling really like I had the flu. I called the therapist and she told me this was my body detoxing. I felt better the next morning and after my fourth visit all was well. It was well worth it for me. That was about seven years ago and I think I am really ready to go back! I would definately recommend if you are having bowel problems.

I have just completed three days of colon hydrotherapy while visiting here in Colorado Springs and I highly recommend it!

The cleanse is a gentle process that removes build-up in the large intestine. Many refined foods with white flour and other processed ingredients tend to create sticky byproducts that can bind and stagnate to the pockets of the large intestine. The warm filtered water used in colon therapy can help in loosening this material and flush it from the system.

In some instances toxic effects from this build-up lead to more serious disorders over time. It is much better to remove this toxic waste sooner than later. I wish you good success in cleaning up your internal systems!
